      Salon Policy

      Cancellations/rescheduling must be made NLT 24 hours prior to appointment to avoid losing your deposit. No-shows & same day cancellations will result in forfeiture of any deposits.


      Late Arrivals. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes may need to reschedule, and deposits may be forfeited. 


      Child Policy. Children < 11 yrs receiving services must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.  For safety children are not allowed in the salon unless they are receiving services.
